Nozzle cleaning

Mis-picks are a cleaning problem wearing a nozzle-part costume

Through-tip spray cleaning restores pick force on 01005-to-Ø2.0 mm nozzles across Fuji, JUKI, Yamaha, Samsung, Panasonic and assembleon fleets — 24 pieces per cycle, no feeder downtime marathons.

High-runner mounter fleets

One person, one tray, 24 nozzles done. The standard cell for SMT departments chasing pick-error rates.

SCM24 / SME24

Classic & spares-driven shops

Long-field history, published commissioning guide and spare-part tree — lowest lifecycle risk.

  • Load — 24 nozzles seat tip-up in the indexed jig.
  • Spray — ≤0.55 MPa media jet fires through each bore; coating and baked flux release from the inside out.
  • Verify — pick-force spot check on the line; typical restored vacuum within one changeover.
  • Repeat — daily 10-minute rhythm replaces emergency nozzle replacement spend.

Most shipped

S-1688 pneumatic

Mixed screens & flammable chemistry

No electricity in the chamber, months-long bath life, 29-inch capacity — the safe default for screen rooms.

SME800 / BC320 electric

Aqueous-standard SMT lines

Heated wash, 1 μm dual filtration, 90 °C monitored drying and conductivity-logged DI rinse for process-control shops.

SME-750II

Volume screen rooms

Two 750 mm stencils per load on pure shop air — the throughput twin.

  • Clamp — the stencil or screen sits flat in the gasketed frame, both faces exposed.
  • Spray — rotating atomizing arms fire at aperture walls; paste release happens in minutes, not scrubbing hours.
  • Recycle — liquid returns through the 10 μm / 5 μm / 1 μm filter ladder — the same bath keeps working.
  • Dry — filtered air leaves foils ready for the printer in minutes.

FAQ

Questions EMS engineers actually ask

Which brands' nozzles can be cleaned?
The 01005→Ø2.0 mm bore range covers Fuji, JUKI, Yamaha, Samsung, Panasonic, Siemens/Assembleon and gripper/E-cap styles; verify against the consumables catalog V03.
How long per cycle?
A 24-nozzle load runs unattended while you prep the next tray — total handling is minutes, versus hours of manual alcohol-swabbing.
Will cleaning damage PTFE-coated tips?
Through-tip media at ≤0.55 MPa is below coating-damage thresholds; the commissioning guide sets media selection by contamination type.
Can we trial with our nozzles?
Yes — ship a dirty set; we return before/after tip microscopy. That is the standard flow for spare-parts customers too.

Ship us your dirtiest nozzle tray.

We return microscope before/after photos, a cycle recommendation and a quote — the same test flow used in our Schneider fixture trials.
